David Williams suid Thomas Milam & Francis Williams, 24 MAR 1737/1738

"In the suit by petition brought by David Williams, assignee of William Smith, against Thomas Mylam & Francis Williams for four hundred pounds of tobacco due by bills. The Defendants being called and failing to appear, the plaintive produced their bills with the assignments there on. Therefore Judgement is granted to the plaintives against ye said Defendants for ye said four hundred pounds of tobacco and Costs."
